You will partner directly with our CEO as the expert in talent acquisition. And it’s ok if you don’t feel like you’re an expert as you will become one. You will have influence and impact in how the company thinks about culture, compensation and hiring decisions. What you do here is important, respected and highly valued.
As the first member of our Talent Team, you will have your choice of problems you want to tackle. Perhaps it’s setting up systems, hard core sourcing, or learning new recruiting disciplines like sales, software, design, or product management. Your previous experience might include working at a recruiting agency, spending time with an in-house recruiting team, but hopefully you possess a combination of the two.
As an individual, you will see ambiguity as opportunity, you pride yourself on your work, you're service oriented, curious and respectful. Most importantly, you like to have fun and build!
