Best sales tool I’ve ever used… As a salesperson, I can honestly say I hate change. I fear it. When someone tells me we're rolling out a new tool or new way of doing things, I'm always worried about how it will affect my earning potential. Scratchpad was the opposite experience for me because it’s so easy to adopt… Scratchpad solves the chaos that is Salesforce Views. It helps me find what I need to find easier and faster. Spend less time navigating Salesforce and more time working the pipeline.

Scratchpad is the best way to manage your Salesforce pipeline. I love how easy it is to update my pipe (using the "next step date" filter. It's way easier than going into Salesforce to do it. Also, the level of visibility that allows me to see exactly where I am at any given moment.

We were an early adopter of Scratchpad back in 2019. While the product was early it still provided great value for our teams. Fast forward to today, and the product has grown by leaps and bounds and we can't live without. It's helped us align and standardize around our process and methodology.
We completely rely on it and literally can't function without it. The Sales team is able to "save a ton of time when editing opportunities while avoiding a slow and rigid SFDC interface" and my reps are "able to quickly visualize my pipeline and the important data points in one place allows me to work faster". Both Sales and Customer Success "do almost all of my notes in Scratchpad as well -- makes it very easy to quick throw things in salesforce and keep things up to date."

I’d recommend anyone using salesforce that hasn’t tried SCRATCHPAD to check them out. I wish I'd been introduced to their UX a long time ago. Makes interacting with SFDC and managing teams a more intuitive and faster experience than any version of SFDC I've encountered. They have a free version, too!
I love Scratchpad. I have never dunked on LeBron James, but I imagine it brings the same amount of joy as using Scratchpad.

As an AE, this tool helps me update my pipeline much much faster at the end of the month. It is a great thing to have. I have shared it with a couple of my colleagues and we are all using/testing the platform. We've used for about 4-6 weeks and have seen great results.

Honestly, I hardly open SFDC windows unless I absolutely have to. Scratchpad just works better and looks better. And then I don't have to deal with multiple clicks to update and save my updates for each opportunity. Additionally, creating tasks for myself is extremely simple using Scratchpad.

I've actively used the single screen pipeline update page to update opportunities, move close dates up/back, increase deal size, and update next steps to keep everyone on the same page and cut down on calls that I receive on where deals are at… It's helpful to have all of your notes, contacts, and accounts on one browser tab and be able to seamlessly move between screens with a click rather than (4+ clicks). Admin is always a nightmare and this allows us to take care of it in minutes versus hours.
I hadn't actually loved using a product in such a long while. Until yesterday, when I received personalized onboarding from Scratchpad.

Oh man, don't even get me started on Scratchpad Command. I'm honestly at the point where I'd get Scratchpad Command tattooed on my back if it was acceptable. Scratchpad alone is an absolute miracle tool for navigating through Salesforce, especially SFDC Classic and then Scratchpad Command takes it to another level for updating information and notes on the fly. Creating accounts, leads, opps from anywhere is amazing. It's also useful for certain tasks you wouldn't necessarily think of immediately like during prospecting. It makes it much easier to see if leads/accounts you're looking to engage already exist which is invaluable for me as I'm now engaging potential business partners and not just lawyers/law firms.

Tired of "The record you were editing was modified by (INSERT USER) during your edit session"? Scratchpad is the solution. Edit & view multiple Salesforce entries just by searching by a unique field (name, phone number, email etc). The ability to move through (and edit) multiple records in Salesforce is a game-changer. No need to load a whole page if you just want to make a quick edit/reference.
Scratchpad is magnificent! Its user experience and interface are clean and very straightforward for our people. Especially since they don’t have much salesforce experience this will be a major help in their day to day processes. They will be able to update and work through their opportunities, and various objects utilizing the scratchpad functions like mass update! I have spent time with each of our reps this week and last and they didn’t even realize the functionality which is very exciting!
In terms of the data that's being put in, opportunities are not missing next steps, there are thorough notes and there's a lot more ability for Ops and Leadership to gain insight into the state of the pipeline when [we’re] doing analysis. And it’s thanks to the data that reps are inputting.

No longer will you spend time in Salesforce updating an opportunity, clicking save, and seeing the dreaded "Marketo sync user made changes, please refresh" and redoing the whole thing. Everything is updated in realtime from an interface that's awesome. Notes can be shared between SDRs and AE (or any teammates) and linked directly to Salesforce. You can update individual opportunities or your entire pipeline in a spreadsheet-style view.

Before I would spend at least an hour before our weekly pipeline meetings to make updates on deals. This would mean opening up almost every opp to update next steps, dates, notes, etc.
Now I will do a lot of this more ad-hoc because it's so simple to do in Scratchpad and I only spend about 10 minutes to make the same weekly updates I was doing before.

I've seen Scratchpad make a number of lists, and you probably have too. It's a comprehensive solution that makes entering ANY data into Salesforce as simple as jotting notes in notepad. Scratchpad allows me to easily update Salesforce without having to navigate through creating Salesforce lists and reports. All of my daily prospects are listed for me to update in seconds. The new Scratchpad Command J feature has also been incredibly helpful as now I don't even need to take the steps to open a new tab but rather can update my leads from any browser window.
I brought Scratchpad in after seeing folks talk about it on LinkedIn. It was easy to set up and now we're paying for it across our entire team. Scratchpad is great for adding information off any page using the command+J function. Forecasting 1:1s with reps by pulling up reports and also using command+J function to edit core fields (i.e. Next Steps, etc.) is a huge benefit. Scratchpad provides in-line editing that's wider than what you get from Salesforce's List View. You can easily create and share templates to the team as well as creating notes from a Google Calendar event.
It fills a gap -- no one likes updating things in Salesforce, it's clunky, it's not easy to find all required fields, reps want spreadsheet like views -- and Scatchpad corrects for all of that and more. Views/tiles help drive rep behavior and ensures that all relevant info gets to Salesforce and is updated as needed.

We're regaining hours per week our AEs previously spent updating Salesforce. A close second is our team have started using high-value features in Salesforce that we never used before because they were too cumbersome and time-consuming. Ah, Scratchpad Command. I didn't know I missed you until I got you. When you're making calls & sending emails and you get a warm conversation with some information other than a meeting, it's the second best outcome you can hope for. But when you're on a roll, stopping and navigating into Salesforce to input Future Interest Date, Account Notes or update the customer’s current software solution, it’s guaranteed to break your workflow. So I did what many sales people do which is make a list of all the updates I have to make and save it for an hour on Friday (tgif, am I right?) but it doesn't always happen. When I found out about Scratchpad Command I stared at it with my mouth slightly agape marveling at the beauty of it. No more navigating something reminiscent of AOL 1999 (I kid). Dare I say keeping clean notes and Salesforce as a single source of truth is actually enjoyable now. Thanks Scratchpad, y'all are the real heroes.
