Get started with Scratchpad
Watch the walkthrough, then sign in with Salesforce. If your company is new to Scratchpad, your Salesforce admin approves it once. See the admin steps.
Three steps to get set up

Go to app.scratchpad.com
Use the web app, or add the Chrome extension for Scratchpad in every new tab.

Sign in with Salesforce
Log in as you normally would. Scratchpad uses your existing Salesforce permissions.

Check your email for instructions
Look for an email from Scratchpad with next steps for your workspace.
Seeing an “OAuth App Blocked” error? That means your Salesforce admin needs to approve Scratchpad first. Admin steps below.
For Salesforce admins
Approve Scratchpad for your team
A one-time setup in Salesforce that lets everyone on your team sign in.
Install Scratchpad as a connected app
In Salesforce, go to SetupAppsConnected AppsConnected Apps OAuth UsageScratchpadInstall
Not in the list? Enable Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps on your profile, sign in once at app.scratchpad.com, and Scratchpad will appear.
Let your team sign in
Click Manage App Policies and set Permitted Users to All users may self-authorize.
Invite your team
In Scratchpad, go to SettingsMembersInvite Member, or share a view with teammates.
