1. ScopeThis Google Workspace API Privacy Notice is issued by Scratchpad, Inc. ("Scratchpad," "we," "us," or "our") and supplements our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. It applies to Personal Data collected through the Google Workspace API when you connect a Google account to Clearskies, Scratchpad's product available via the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Data Collected and UsedSign-in (identity only): name, email address, profile photo, and Workspace domain, used to authenticate you.Workspace integration (read-only, via domain-wide delegation): Directory data (name, email, photo) to provision your user list. Gmail data (headers, body content, labels of eligible messages, and the original message file, including any attachments) to sync customer-related email into Clearskies' context graph, which powers search, workflows, and AI features across the CRM and other connected data. We don't sync spam, trash, drafts, or messages that don't appear customer-related. Calendar data (event details, attendees, meeting links) from your primary calendar, synced the same way.Workspace integration (optional write): if enabled, sending or drafting workflow-generated email on your behalf through Gmail.

‍3. Limited Data Use and DisclosureOur use of Google Workspace API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Scratchpad does not use Google Workspace API data for advertising or marketing, does not sell Workspace API data, and does not use Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. We disclose relevant Google Workspace API data to the AI service providers identified on our Subprocessors page only as needed to provide the AI-powered features described above. We do not permit those providers to use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Revocation of AccessYou can revoke access at any time through Google Admin Console (Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Clearskies → Data Access, Scratchpad's product is listed there as "Clearskies") or by disconnecting the integration in Scratchpad settings. Once revoked, we stop receiving new Workspace API data. Retained Workspace API data is deleted in accordance with the data retention and deletion terms of your Agreement and our Data Processing Addendum.
